Ronen Lavi

After 24 years in Israel’s military intelligence corps (including Unit 8200) and in the Prime Minister’s Office, Ronen is now employing his skills and talents to revolutionize primary care. He previously established and led the AI lab of Israel’s military intelligence, which collaborated with leading tech companies and academia to develop cross-functional platforms that provide insight into areas challenged by diverse and complex data. In 2018, he was awarded the National Security Award.

Navina’s co-founder, Shay spent a decade in the elite intelligence units of the Israel Defense Forces, where his focus was on bringing AI from theory into practice. He was involved in hands-on R&D work while also holding leadership positions. Shay holds a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, with a specialty in machine learning. Together with Ronen, he received the National Security Award in 2018.

Dr. Lewis leads the medical team at Navina, where he is responsible for all medical aspects of product development and strategy. He earned his MD from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is board-certified in internal medicine. Lewis also holds a PhD in molecular biology from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

With vast experience in establishing operations and building presence and leadership in the U.S. market, Maor continues to expand Navina’s impact through effective business development. His previous experience includes successfully establishing and leading a U.S.-based subsidiary for a health-tech company, while managing complex channels in more than 25 countries worldwide.

Dana has over 15 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on quality improvement and risk adjustment. She previously led one of the top-performing ACOs in the U.S. for nine years, helping over 700 clinicians provide value-based care to roughly 230,000 patients. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Liberty University.

A serial bioentrepreneur with a doctorate in molecular immunology, Kfir uses his expertise to guide Navina’s strategic direction. He is also the co-founder, CTO, and Chairman of MeMed Dx and the founder and CEO of Canopy Immuno-Therapeutics. Kfir has co-authored over 100 granted and pending patents, and he has been listed as one of the top 25 voices in precision medicine by BIS Research.

Ohad brings a decade of global business operations, legal, and finance leadership to his role overseeing financial growth and legal aspects at Navina. He previously served as CFO at Vdoo (acquired by JFrog), VP of Business Operations at JFrog (Nasdaq: FROG), and VP Finance & Operations at Cyvera (acquired by Palo Alto Networks). With a dual degree in law and accounting from Tel Aviv University, Ohad is a strategic financial leader driving Navina’s continued growth.

Prior to Navina, she served as EVP of Global HR at Immunai and Chief People Officer at Panaya. Shany is a strategic, results-driven, innovative thinker with a proven track record of crafting HR strategies, building high-performance teams, implementing future-proof infrastructure, and successfully guiding organizations through change.

David heads up our R&D team, bringing his leadership of global engineering teams, and significant experience with successful high scale data-related innovation. His product-driven mindset and cross-functional approach to multi-disciplinary team management are well-suited to Navina's platform. David previously served as GM and VP of R&D at RapidAPI, with previous experience at WalkMe and HP Software. He holds an MBA and a BSc in computer science from the Hebrew University.

Dave holds an MS degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University and a BS in Business Administration from University of the Incarnate Word.

Ido has over a decade of product innovation and leadership experience, combining technical expertise with strategic vision to drive Navina’s product excellence. Previously, he served as VP of Product at Hello Heart Tech, focusing on chronic disease management. Ido holds a Master’s in Computer Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. He is an inventor with four patents in medical image processing.

Dr. Gordon is the VP of Medical Product at Navina, leading the clinical AI development and product management. Previously, he was the clinical director at Nanox AI, where he guided teams of AI developers to develop algorithms that can help identify patients with undetected chronic disease. Dr. Gordon served as a medical doctor within the NHS, and earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Queen Mary University of London.

Over her 25 years of experience in high-tech and healthcare companies, Aimee has led product management and development, marketing, investor relations, and research. She also developed the national telehealth program and oversaw the development and product management of the systems and tools that enable Kaiser Permanente’s 12 million members to connect digitally with their clinicians. Aimee now works with start-ups to help align their products and technologies with addressable industry problems.

Dr. Barr is a board-certified internist with more than 35 years of clinical and leadership experience. He served as Executive Vice President of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and as Senior Vice President of Medical Practice at the American College of Physicians (ACP). He has also held executive roles in community healthcare settings and healthcare IT ventures, and has served as an advisor for a number of early-stage ventures.

His vast experience also includes two decades of private practice, a board role with the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative, and having served as an inaugural commissioner of the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology.

Dr. Dudley’s training as a family physician and his business background – including experience with value-based contracts – bring a valuable duality of experience to Navina. He previously served as the CMO of HealthONE Colorado Care Partners – a clinically integrated network of more than 80 primary care practices that cares for over 130,000 patients and has entered into eight value-based contracts.
