Dr. Lewis leads the medical team at Navina, where he is responsible for all medical aspects of product development and strategy. He earned his MD from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is board-certified in internal medicine. Lewis also holds a PhD in molecular biology from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

With vast experience in establishing operations and building presence and leadership in the U.S. market, Maor continues to expand Navina’s impact through effective business development. His previous experience includes successfully establishing and leading a U.S.-based subsidiary for a health-tech company, while managing complex channels in more than 25 countries worldwide.

Dana has over 15 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on quality improvement and risk adjustment. She previously led one of the top-performing ACOs in the U.S. for nine years, helping over 700 clinicians provide value-based care to roughly 230,000 patients. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Liberty University.

A serial bioentrepreneur with a doctorate in molecular immunology, Kfir uses his expertise to guide Navina’s strategic direction. He is also the co-founder, CTO, and Chairman of MeMed Dx and the founder and CEO of Canopy Immuno-Therapeutics. Kfir has co-authored over 100 granted and pending patents, and he has been listed as one of the top 25 voices in precision medicine by BIS Research.

With vast experience in leading marketing strategy and operations for global digital health brands, Anne plays a pivotal role in building Navina’s go-to-market efforts. For nearly two decades, Anne has orchestrated the growth of health-tech start-ups, helping them to become mature, category-defining businesses.

Ohad brings a decade of global business operations, legal, and finance leadership to his role overseeing financial growth and legal aspects at Navina. He previously served as CFO at Vdoo (acquired by JFrog), VP of Business Operations at JFrog (Nasdaq: FROG), and VP Finance & Operations at Cyvera (acquired by Palo Alto Networks). With a dual degree in law and accounting from Tel Aviv University, Ohad is a strategic financial leader driving Navina’s continued growth.

Shany is an accomplished human resources executive with over 15 years of experience in global, hyper-growth organizations. Prior to Navina, she served as EVP of Global HR at Immunai and Chief People Officer at Panaya. Shany is a strategic, results-driven, innovative thinker with a proven track record of crafting HR strategies, building high-performance teams, implementing future-proof infrastructure, and successfully guiding organizations through change.

Roni leads Navina's engineering team, leveraging extensive experience in building and scaling high-performance data-driven systems. With a focus on innovation and operational excellence, his expertise spans team leadership, AI technologies, and enterprise software development. Previously, Roni served as SVP of Engineering at Palo Alto Networks and VP of R&D at SentinelOne. He also held senior roles at Check Point. Roni holds an MBA as well as a BSc in Computer Science and Chemistry from Tel Aviv University.

Dave leads Navina’s Sales Operations and Strategic Account Executive teams, playing a leading role in helping customers improve the physician experience and achieve their value-based care goals with AI. He has over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience and a passion for building and scaling high-performance teams. Dave holds an MS degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University and a BS in Business Administration from University of the Incarnate Word.

Ido has over a decade of product innovation and leadership experience, combining technical expertise with strategic vision to drive Navina’s product excellence. Previously, he served as VP of Product at Hello Heart Tech, focusing on chronic disease management. Ido holds a Master’s in Computer Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. He is an inventor with four patents in medical image processing.

Dr. Gordon is the VP of Medical Product at Navina, leading the clinical AI development and product management. Previously, he was the clinical director at Nanox AI, where he guided teams of AI developers to develop algorithms that can help identify patients with undetected chronic disease. Dr. Gordon served as a medical doctor within the NHS, and earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Queen Mary University of London.

Hila holds dual degrees in Law and Accounting from Tel Aviv University. She brings extensive experience in finance and legal roles across high-growth technology companies, including notable positions at AppsFlyer and Vdoo (acquired by JFrog). As Navina's VP Finance, Hila oversees financial, legal and operational processes to drive efficiency and foster organizational growth.
